Now Playing Tracks

Wandering around outside Seagrove, NC, first thing in the morning, I thought this abandoned stretch of road looked great.  Of course, as soon as I set up my tripod in the center of the road and started shooting a series of different exposures, it became un-abandoned.  Every time I would get halfway through a series, I would hear an engine start whining towards me so I would move my tripod back to the side of the road, let the car whizz past, and move back to start again.  I finally got the shots, though, and the road _looks_ deserted…
